The City office of top 50 law firm Charles Russell is moving to new offices at 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RD. To coincide with the move to their new premises, the firm has taken the opportunity to develop and consolidate their branding.

James Holder, managing partner commented:

“Our existing offices have served us well for many years, however as the firm has developed so have our working practices. Our offices on New Fetter Lane don’t encourage the more open, cross-office working and client interaction that is now the norm and we look forward to the move to the new building, which completes on 9 March.  

The new building provides us with state-of-the-art meeting and client training facilities as well as much enhanced workspace for staff. An important aspect of the new building is its environmental credentials; the building has been awarded an Energy Performance rating of 'B’ from the Carbon Trust and features automated building controls for maximum efficiency. Recycling facilities have also been built into the design.

The last few years have seen the firm develop significantly, with new regional offices in the UK and, importantly, two new international offices. We felt that it was also time to reflect these changes in our branding.  

We have taken the opportunity of the move to review what we say and how we say it. Our clients and contacts will see a new logo and website, but the consolidation of our brand is about more than that. Fundamentally, we are still the same firm, with the same values and same people, providing the same service to clients. What it will mean though is a more consistent, focused and organised approach to the way we present ourselves.

The success of our business is due to understanding relationships. We invest time in getting to know our clients and understand their goals and objectives, and because we do our clients have been loyal and stayed with us for many years."
